I ordered some items for my son on the 20th April. I have chased and chased them to find out the whereabouts of my items having received no correspondence since my original purchase. Today I finally received a response which said that they don't expect to even have the items in stock until the 30th May. SIX WEEKS after my original purchase. I assume had I not been in touch they would have taken my money and not even have let me know they dont have the items. To be clear their website page still states that the items are in stock now. They clearly aren't. Isn't this fraud? Their email barely offers an apology and makes no mention of a refund. I have had another popular kids site refund me and offer generous compensation for a similar situation during this pandemic.

Ordered my items on 13-05-2029 paid for ‘next day express delivery’ had email to confirm it has had been dispatched, I understand the current situation may have added a day or 2 but still waiting 5 days later. Will not use Uber kids againMaybe down to Royal Mail so don’t use them they’re awful, my company won’t use Royal Mail!

Ordered two car seats great price, got invoice straight away then got a delivery email two days later then products arrived as stated would use again no problem.

I ordered a scooter for my daughters birthday from this site as they offered express delivery and it meant my daughter would get her present in time! She didn’t. It was meant to be here on Friday and has only just arrived at 18:15 on Monday!


I bought the Cosatto Woosj Xl stroller Nordik cubiscan, in February. We started to use it in March. After just 3 months, it broke. The cross bar condition to the frame broke. I thought, we are just unlucky. Receiving a bad one.Two weeks ago I wrote to you, asking for your help. We haven't got a working stroller. I called you, after a week again, and called. All what you did is totally ignoring me ! Not even an email,apart from the automatic reply! I would not buy anything ever from this site! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

On arrival the box was badly damaged so was annoyed and worried for my purchase. Luckily the hole had just missed the piano and did not cause any major damage. Would be great if parcel was labelled as fragile so couriers would handle with better care. The piano was a lot more stable than I thought it would be and my LO absolutely loves it. However, the keys are not robust enough and slightly move from left to right so already wondering how long the piano will last. The sound is okay but very different compared to a real piano.
